Heyo!
Recently I baked a new batch of multi-grain bread, with better results! This time I kneaded the bread more, and painted the buns with egg wash before popping them into the oven.
Just a little update.

| BF ate it like a bagel, with cheese and ham. |

| I ate it like a lunch roll, with a full breakfast of eggs, tomatoes and vegetables |
