Feed The Machine

Hey guys!

I'm really pleased to present you my newest music project, "Feed The Machine"!


It's been a long time since I have written and developed a song in its entirety. I had tons of fun playing with samples and loops for this track! I really let my creative juices run wild this time - it was great to break out of the usual guitar and vocals set-up.

What inspired "Feed The Machine?"
I had the idea of a machine that could not be satiated no matter what he ate. And I've been reading a lot of science fiction lately, so it made sense to have the song set in a galaxy far away.

What is the song about?
Largely it is about a lonely dinosaur who decided to love and give away all of himself in order to please someone else - the machine. In other words, it's about a very unhealthy relationship.

Who is Wilson?
This is Wilson. He is from the movie Cast Away, featuring Tom Hanks. It made a deep impression on me as a child.



What about the dinosaur?

I named the dinosaur Sonny. He crash landed on this planet after he evacuated his own dying planet. He lives out the remainder of his days with the machine, his only company.

What's next?
I have another two projects coming up! One of them is lyrically and musically done, but I haven't got round to recording yet. Really looking forward to complete it!
