Homemade Earl Grey Chiffon Cake

Hey sweeties 🍬!

I wanted to share some photographs of an Earl Grey Chiffon Cake my sister baked today!

Unadorned and fresh out of the oven!

She used T2 French Earl Grey tea (loose tea) to flavour the cake.

Some squishy action.

The cake was light, fragrant and received all around approval from the family.
