Boba Waterfall Cake

Hey guys!

Have you ever heard of a waterfall cake?

Well, I haven't until a few days ago. 

First you start off like this, with a cake sitting pretty. 

Since the flavour we got was the Boba one, there was a small plastic container of pearls for us to pour on the top of the cake.

Pop on the candle, sing the HPBD song, and it's show time!!!

Fancy or what!

What's in the actual cake: lots of cream and sponge cake.

Pearls were not very sweet or flavoured but I wish they were! They have other flavours like matcha too.

The cascading cream is probably why the waterfall cake is named as such! Fun showy effect for a unique cake experience. Everyone in the restaurant was like :O
